The Faculty of Nursing (Sonqor) became an independent faculty within KUMS in February 2013 and started to work independently with its only nursing department.

Nursing Faculty (Sonqor) trains undergraduate students in the fields of nursing and offers a bachelor degree. It currently has 102 students,7 academic staff .

Nursing education provides a strong theoretical basis and clinical application of skills and critical thinking required for the practice of nursing in today’s healthcare arena. We are committed to educate students who will deliver exceptional health care, generate innovative knowledge, and provide transformative leadership to improve health outcomes for all population.
